We are thrilled that the exhibition Coney Island: Visions of an American Dreamland will start touring this year. This exhibition is adapted from the popular version, organized by the Wadsworth Antheneum Museum of Art in Connecticut.

The exhibition explores Coney Island as America’s playground as a place and as an idea, and its persistent presence in the American imagination. Photographs, ephemera, film clips, hands-on interactive, and even a carousel horse comprise the exhibition.

NEH on the Road exhibitions cost only $1,000 to book and $1,000 to ship. The National Endowment for the Arts generously covers the rest of the expense as part of this granting exhibition program.
